hello! this is my website, if the main page somehow didn't clue you in.
this place started as a simple experiment to see if i could make a website. in only a few short hours and after a free template from another neocities website, i had the first version of this website. it was terrible. there is a good reason we are now on version 7.
i heard from an internet veteran once that a website should be a destination, not just a pit stop. this really stuck with me, and i strive to make this a place you can return to, even if it is completely centered around me and my interests. i can only hope that my corner of the internet holds your interest!

i SUCK at traditional art. there's a reason i stick to pixel art.
i've been making pixel art since i found scratch.mit.edu at the underripe age of 12. called the best worst social media website by me and still kicking, somehow. all my early pixel art sucked, but considering it was for a project, i didn't care nor did i ever need to care, considering that no one ever found my projects anyway. still a little salty about that, but it is what it is. being famous seems like a worse deal every year.
my pixel art is not the best, and i admit that freely. i know enough to make something that looks pretty okay, but anything more complicated than basic shapes and you've lost me.
i've been making music almost as long as i've been making pixel art. unlike pixel art, however, i'm actually not still middling at it! i'm constantly growing and improving with it, which is very strange considering the fact that i was stuck in a creative rut for about three years. i'm actually confident enough to sell music on Bandcamp, even! no lyrics, though. still haven't figured out lyrics.
as referenced above, i've been making video games for about 7 years or so. i've always sucked at programming, so nothing got very far, or was so badly programmed that i would take down an old version and put up a new one out of pure shame. it was rough out there.
i've gotten slightly better with age, but i've always been more of an "ideas guy" than an actual programmer. i have enough experience nowadays to do basic things, but some things are beyond my comprehension still. this is why i have programmer friends who are way better at it than me.
video games are a story medium, and i will die on that hill. you tell your story through fun. if it's not fun, why bother?
i write fanfiction! this is something i will share proudly, no matter how many weird looks i get. (i can probably share this proudly because i don't write smut.)
i've always been interested in stories ever since my mom read me and my siblings her own fanfiction of various things she was into at the time. i remember dimly wishing i could do that, and it took me until 2025 to discover that i could. i proceeded to write like a demon for the entire year and then burnt out for the entirety of the next year. go figure.
